Burberry bets big on analytics and data science

Burberry is in the midst of a recruitment drive as it looks to beef up its analytics and data science capabilities.

It says that it is creating a new team dedicated to a data-driven understanding of its customers’ fashion journeys, behaviours and tastes. 

“We have ambitious plans to use analytics and data science to transform our business and we’re investing and recruiting heavily to help us deliver them,” Daragh Kelly, VP, Data & Analytics at Burberry, said in a LinkedIn post. 

“We’re hiring for some really interesting roles right now at both manager and junior level.”
