FatFace and Thrift+ strike sustainable fashion deal
FatFace has announced a partnership with Thrift+, offering customers online and in-store the option to resell their old clothes through the latter’s platform.
“Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do and we know shopping consciously is super important to our customers too,” Liam Price, Head of E-commerce at FatFace, said in a LinkedIn post.
He added: “Order a bag, fill it up, send it back for FREE and let Thrift+ do all the hard work! Even better, you can nominate your favourite charity for a proportion of the proceeds to be donated. Give it a go next time you place an order.”
Paul Wright
Last year, Deckers Brands announced the appointment of Paul Wright as Senior E-commerce Director.
He joined from FatFace where he had served as Brand and E-commerce Director.
“After nine fantastic years at FatFace, a few weeks ago I left to start a new adventure. I'd like to thank all of my network here on LinkedIn for their support and partnership during my time at FatFace. I hope our relationships will continue,” he said in a LinkedIn post.
“I now start out on my next adventure joining the team at Deckers. I'm really excited about the opportunity to work with the teams here and explore new opportunities with their fantastic portfolio of brands.”
Deckers Brands’ portfolio of brands includes UGG, Koolaburra, HOKA ONE ONE, Teva and Sanuk.
Its products are sold in more than 50 countries and territories through department and specialty stores, company owned and operated retail stores, and online, including company owned websites.
