Currys PC World taps Hullabalook PC Builder experience
Hullabalook’s PC Builder solution is now live on Currys PC World’s website.
“Shoppers can build and accessorise their dream PC in a matter of minutes. Our dynamic recommendation engine suggests the best products every step of the way, instantly reacting to shopper selections to avoid any compatibility issues,” says Hullabalook’s Geri Saks.
“Our technology not only looks cool, but it’s also driving cross-category purchases and higher AOVs for Dixons Carphone.”
ShopLive Live
Currys PC World recently launched three interactive ShopLive Live broadcast events, in partnership with Tefal Garment Care, Google Nest and Google Pixel.
Hosted on the ShopLive Live section of its website, customers had access to on-demand product guidance and top tech tips and an exclusive discount, all from the comfort of their homes.
Kicking off with Tefal on 17th June, Currys PC World’s store colleagues demonstrated how to use hero products, including the Tefal Ultraglide FV4093 Steam Iron and the Tefal Pro Express Protect GV9221 High Pressure Steam Generator Iron.
On 21st June, the retailer took on Google Nest, walking viewers through some of the brand’s most popular products, including the Google Thermostat, Google Hello Doorbell and Google Nest Hub.
The final broadcast took place on 22nd June and focused on Google Pixel 4a with Night Sight Mode.
Ed Connolly, Chief Commercial Officer at Dixons Carphone, said: “Currys PC World is proud to offer customers guidance and advice from real life tech experts and our ShopLive Live broadcasts take that support one step further.”
“We want everyone to know all about the latest amazing tech and receive personalised tips and guides to help them pick the right products for them.”
“These sessions are a fun way for us to put some of the best tech on the market through its paces live and help advise our customers across the country without them having to leave their living rooms.”
