Critizr makes appointments across marketing, branding and customer support
Customer interaction management specialist Critizr has announced three senior appointments to fill newly created strategic positions.
Elodie Champagnat becomes VP of Critizr’s new product marketing department, having previously held the position of Director of Sales and Product Marketing at Talentsoft.
An experienced B2B SaaS professional, James Wall joined Critizr earlier in 2022 as Brand Director and is based in the UK.
Prior to this role, he spent the last decade in high growth companies in a variety of roles including Group Customer Success Director at Sprinklr, Head of Communications and Brand at Beamery and Head of Marketing and Brand at Secondmind.
He will have a dual mission with Critizr's customers and prospects, aiming to capitalise on the company’s 60,000 in-store users to build and cultivate a brand recognised by retail professionals and field teams alike.
Finally, Mehdi Abdelkader is joining the company as a Retail Consultant to help users make the most of the Critizr tool in-store.
He has extensive retail experience and a particular attachment to Critizr, as he was the first shop manager to test the solution in 2012, within his Carrefour Market shop in Lille Gambetta.
As Regional Director of Carrefour Market between 2015 and 2020, he continued to be one of the driving forces behind the use of Critizr.
Nicolas Hammer, CEO at Critizr, says: ‘With different but complementary profiles, nationalities and backgrounds, these three appointments are a great boost to Critizr in achieving our ambition to become a leader in customer interaction management around the world.”
“Our product and international expansion plans must remain true to our DNA of putting the customer at the heart of every strategy, and I am delighted that Elodie, James and Mehdi share our ethos and can help us deliver our exciting and ambitious plans in the months ahead.’
