Retailer OFFICE and retail technology firm Red Ant remove key pain point for shoe shoppers
Footwear retailer OFFICE and retail technology specialist Red Ant have announced a partnership that helps those shoppers waiting to see if the shoes they have chosen from the display are in stock.
Using Red Ant’s assisted sales app - part of its RetailOS omnichannel platform - store associates are able to remove this potential barrier to purchase.
The store associate uses the app to look up or scan the barcode for the customer’s chosen shoes.
The app shows details and size requested, and allows the store associate to check availability in the stockroom. The store associate can then pick up the shoes for the customer to try on.
If the shoes are out of stock, they can check nearby stores for availability.
We're excited to be kicking off 2024 in New York at #NRF2024 with the Department for Business and Trade and nine other hand-picked UK retail tech providers.
