H&M taps Klarna solution as it launches online store in Australia
H&M is now online in Australia, with Klarna’s Pay in 4 solution available at checkout for those signed up to the H&M Member loyalty programme.
“We are very excited to finally launch online in Australia and to be able to offer our fashion collections to customers nationwide anytime, anywhere,” says Thomas Coellner, H&M Australia Country Manager.
“We now have 40 stores across the country and this significant milestone extends our omnichannel offering.”

In addition to Klarna’s buy now, pay later service, H&M Member offers personalised discounts, free shipping with purchases over $60 and free returns for all online orders, as well as invitations to exclusive events.
Flux
Paperless receipts and digital rewards startup Flux recently announced a partnership with H&M.
The deal marks the FinTech venture’s first foray into clothing and apparel and sees its solution available at over 300 H&M UK stores.
Flux and H&M customers will also be able to use their digital receipts to return items, either by scanning a barcode embedded in the receipt or by citing an ID to the cashier.
