KFC Canada targets data and analytics with Manthan partnership

KFC Canada has selected a SaaS-based analytics solution from Manthan as part of its digital transformation journey.

The aim is to gain deeper insights across all aspects of its business, including dynamic demand, inventory, operations, e-commerce, guest experience, voice of customer, marketing and CRM, audit and compliance and associate training and productivity.
