2022 RTIH Innovation Awards: omnichannel retail shortlist announced

Jisp, Furniture Village, Red Ant, Printemps, and Lightspeed are among the nominees in the Omnichannel Retail category at the 2022 RTIH Innovation Awards.

This award will go to a tech centric approach to retail that provides customers with a fully integrated shopping experience across bricks and mortar stores, online, mobile, and everything in between.

2022 shortlist as follows:

emiigo

emiigo has developed a search engine for retail products.

With emiigo, the focus is on the visibility of current assortments in bricks and mortar stores nearby to consumers. Shoppes can quickly find what they are looking for at short notice, or take their time to browse in the comfort of their own homes.

Furniture Village/Red Ant

Red Ant has partnered with Furniture Village to create an endless aisle and clienteling solution which allows customers to browse and shop across multiple channels.

Its solution enhances the customer’s journey across multiple channels - in-store, on the website, or live chatting with an agent. Red Ant integrated current data and systems into its RetailOS platform, to create a personalised omnichannel experience.

Jisp

Jisp, a money saving and rewards app, works across In-store, In-app and socially to connect shoppers to brands at local convenience stores in the UK.

Lightspeed

In June 2022, Lightspeed announced the initial launch of the new Lightspeed B2B which will connect thousands of the world’s best brands and retailers, empowering merchants to instantly order and seamlessly sell on any channel.

The platform is currently available to select North American fashion, outdoor, and sports retailers.

It is the culmination of integrating technology from Lightspeed’s acquisition of NuORDER into the Lightspeed Retail platform. The Lightspeed B2B platform boasts thousands of brands, including Coach, Theory, and Black Diamond.

Printemps

As Web3 becomes a hot topic, Printemps is blurring the lines between real and virtual worlds, and introducing its customers to a new way of shopping online.

Users stroll through an augmented reality store, inspired by the Printemps Haussmann flagship, where nature has begun to take over.

Ribble Cycles

Ribble Cycles is at the forefront of the phygital revolution, creating a seamless omnichannel customer experience through the integration of physical retail brand showrooms and an e-commerce website.

Volumental

Volumental not only scans a consumer’s feet in a footwear retailer and matches them with perfect fitting shoes in the styles they want, but also uses the data to improve the shopping experience in-store and online.

Zitcha

Zitcha is the all channel retail media technology platform.

It says that its differentiator is “a retailer first approach, creating walled gardens that drive amazing enterprise value. We also deliver advanced campaign reporting to suppliers.”
