Mercaux launches Remote Selling via WhatsApp solution

2020 RTIH Innovation Awards winner, Mercaux, has released a new solution, Remote Selling via WhatsApp.

Olga Kotsur, Co-founder and CEO, comments: “What makes this new solution stand out is the timing of the conversation and the super high relevancy of the topics being discussed.”

“Whereas other remote selling solutions provide the digital tools to facilitate a remote selling conversation, we’re taking this two steps further by providing tailored talking points for the store associate to use and an easy way to share products with the customer through a seamless integration with our Assisted Selling solution.”

2020 RTIH Innovation Awards

Mercaux emerged triumphant in the Technology Vendor of the Year (UK) category at the 2020 RTIH Innovation Awards.

The award sits alongside a Technology Vendor of the Year (Rest of World) category and celebrates companies that have developed innovative technologies and worked with retailers to transform the customer experience or back-end operations or both.

Mercaux impressed our judging panel with its new solutions and retailer partnerships, the latter including Holland & Barrett which is using the venture’s technology to support store colleagues delivering a specialist health and wellbeing service to customers.

Sharon Peters, Head Of Technology - Marks and Spencer, HR, Finance, Corporate Services and M&S Bank, commented: “I love the fact they are adapting to the challenges retailers are/were facing and as a customer I have felt.”

“Their simple idea of engagement in queues I think is brilliant. It does seem like they really created a new service model to meet customer needs.”
