Kohl’s goes nationwide with Amazon Returns programme

Kohl’s has expanded its Amazon Returns kiosks to 1,100+ locations across the US.

The service lets shoppers bring eligible Amazon items in-store and get them returned for free, with no need for a box or label. Kohl’s and Amazon piloted it in 100 stores in the Los Angeles, Chicago and Milwaukee markets and in April announced a nationwide roll-out.

“The nationwide roll-out of the Amazon Returns programme is our single biggest initiative of the year,” says Michelle Gass, Kohl’s CEO. “Our top strategic priority is driving traffic, and this transformational program does just that. It drives customers into our stores, and we are expecting millions to benefit from this service.”
