Native Commerce evolves and rebrands from Cloud Retail to reflect expanded global ambition
Cloud Retail has announced its official rebrand to Native Commerce, marking the company's evolution from an e-commerce technology provider into a retail platform built by operators, for operators.
“We built Cloud Retail (formerly known as Jiffy) to solve the same challenges we once faced ourselves, from inventory chaos to disconnected systems and scaling barriers,” says Marat Bolatov, CEO and Founder at Native Commerce. “We’re now doubling down on what matters most: helping retailers grow efficiently, with technology that feels built for them, not imposed on them."
Native Commerce has streamlined its technology into three connected products that aim to simplify how retail teams operate: e-commerce CMS, websites and apps providing custom built for omnichannel retail, combining design, performance, and scalability; warehouse management system (WMS) with real-time inventory visibility, guided workflows, and automation that cut costs and speed up fulfilment, and delivery and logistics system to complete control from warehouse to doorstep, with built-in tracking and operational efficiency tools.
The platform is supported by a BI and analytics layer, enabling retailers to make data driven decisions and unlock better business performance at every step.
“Our technology was designed to scale, from 10 to 10,000 orders a day, while staying lean and flexible,” says Mike Leonov, CTO at Native Commerce. "Every part of our platform is modular, cloud native, and built to integrate easily, giving retailers control without complexity.”
Having made inroads within the UK, Europe, and the Middle East markets, Native Commerce is now expanding further into these regions while exploring emerging markets across Africa, Asia, and beyond.
The company says it is aiming to support established online retailers and scaling brands looking to strengthen operations, unify systems, and expand into new markets - without the pain of managing disconnected tools or custom builds.
“This rebrand marks both growth and focus,” adds Bolatov. “We’re not just expanding geographically - we’re expanding our ambition to empower every retailer, wherever they are, to operate like a native in the world of commerce.”
2025 RTIH INNOVATION AWARDS
E-commerce was a key focus area at the 2025 RTIH Innovation Awards.
We received a record number of entries and many fantastic examples of the continued resilience and dynamism of the retail space during hugely challenging times.
For a full rundown of all of the shortlisted entries, click here.
Our 2025 hall of fame entrants were revealed during a sold out event which took place at The HAC in Central London on 16th October and consisted of a drinks reception, three course meal, and awards ceremony presided over by award winning comedian, actress and writer Tiff Stevenson.
In his welcome speech, Scott Thompson, Founder and Editor, RTIH, said: “This is the awards’ fifth year as a physical event. We started off with just 30 people at the South Place Hotel not far from here, then moved to London Bridge Hotel, then The Barbican, and last year RIBA’s HQ in the West End.”
“But I’m conscious of the fact that, to quote the legend that is Taylor Swift, You’re only as hot as your last hit, baby. So, this year we’ve moved to our biggest venue yet, and also pulled in our largest number of entries to date and broken attendance records.”
He added: “This year’s submissions have without doubt been our best yet. To quote one of the judges: The examples of innovative developments across both traditional and digital retail spaces were truly remarkable.”
Congratulations to our winners, and a big thank you to our sponsors, judging panel, the legend that is Tiff Stevenson, and all those who attended our 2025 gathering.
