1. Burberry
Burberry is set to make several new hires as it ramps up investment in its data and analytics capability.
2. Jigsaw
Jigsaw is working on a customer data platform (CDP), set to go live in the near future.
3. John Lewis
John Lewis has launched an augmented reality feature on its IOS app, enabling customers to see how sofas and armchairs will look in their homes before they buy.
4. Coop Sweden
EBI.AI has been chosen by Coop Sweden to build an artificial intelligence grocery assistant called Cooper.
5. Krispy Kreme
Krispy Kreme will open its 4,500-square-foot Times Square, New York flagship store in May.
By the end of 2020, it will have seven stores in the city, up from its current lone one in Penn Station, which is being remodelled as part of the expansion.
