Madison Avenue BID taps Coniq tech for customer loyalty push

Madison Avenue Business Improvement District has selected Coniq’s real-time customer engagement solution, IQ Connect.

“We are constantly looking at new ways to help our retailers, shops, restaurants and other local businesses connect with, and acquire new customers,” says Matthew Bauer, President at Madison Avenue Business Improvement District.  

“Coniq’s innovative loyalty app enables us to reward people for shopping, dining and utilising the personal services establishments on Madison Avenue, as well as deliver personalised experiences that encourage visits and increased spend.” 

An Only on Madison loyalty programme, developed exclusively for Madison Avenue, will be launched in May.
