Syndeo looks to boost online shopping for consumers and retailers with Experience Apps for Retail launch
Syndeo, a specialist in conversational AI solutions, has announced the launch of its Experience Apps for Retail, designed to transform the way consumers shop and interact with their favourite brands.
These leverage recent advances in large language models and come equipped with sentiment analysis, context awareness and robust guardrails.

An example is the Product Recommendations App. This recommends products to consumers based on their previous browsing history and preferences. Alongside this it helps to educate and reassure consumers about their purchase and can summarise third-party product reviews.
There is also a Cross-sell and Up-sell App which looks at the customer’s budget and recommends related products. These products are then shown on a carousel within the chat window on a web page or messaging channel.
