Pets At Home is deploying the Aptos ONE microservices-based SaaS platform across its store estate.

PrettyLittleThing and HYPE are to offer Laybuy’s buy now, pay later service in the UK. Launching in late June, it will enable customers to spread the cost of purchases over six equal weekly payments.   

Go Instore is partnering with Samsung to launch a live HD video streaming platform.  

This allows online customers to connect with Samsung staff members from their own homes. They can explore the brand’s range and receive advice to help support their purchasing decision.

Australian retailer Stateside Sports has deployed Emarsys’ customer data platform (CDP).

The aim here is to eliminate silos and unify customer data to drive more intelligent omnichannel engagement across email, mobile, social media, SMS and its retail stores. 

THG Ingenuity, the technology services division of online retailer The Hut Group, has inked partnership agreements with  Elemis, PZ Cussons Beauty, Burt’s Bees, Nuxe, By Terry and Revolution Beauty. 

US fashion retailer Forever 21 has launched a new UK online site, following a collapse into administration last year.  

In February, Authentic Brands Group (ABG) purchased the brand for just over $81 million. It is now working with Global-e on an e-commerce expansion programme, which began in APAC and LATAM earlier this year.

Northern England supermarket chain, Booth’s, has selected Logile’s store planning and workforce management suites. 

Booths will implement the software solutions throughout its store locations, petrol stations, warehouses and corporate office. This marks US venture Logile's first UK-based customer. 

KFC Canada has selected a SaaS-based analytics solution from Manthan as part of its digital transformation journey. 

The aim is to gain deeper insights across all aspects of its business, including dynamic demand, inventory, operations, e-commerce, guest experience, voice of customer, marketing and CRM, audit and compliance and associate training and productivity.  

Carrefour is to deploy Pricer’s electronic shelf label system at 43 of its stores in France.  

The Dune Group has announced a partnership with buy now, pay later big hitter Klarna.

The retailer’s online customers can now use Klarna’s Pay later products (pay in 30 days and Instalments) in five European markets (Austria, Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland and the United Kingdom).

One Stop has selected Vista Retail Support to provide technology support (including EPoS and back office IT) and project services for its estate of 900+ stores across the UK.
