Australian retailer Munro Footwear Group taps Fluent Order Management for seamless omnichannel fulfilment

Munro Footwear Group has chosen Fluent Order Management to deliver a unified view of inventory across its 250 stores and distribution centres.

MFG’s decision to implement a new OMS is part of its ongoing investment in technology and innovation.

This includes the roll-out of a new national Point of Sale solution in 2023 and the creation of a distribution centre in 2022.

Munro Footwear Group Co-CEO, Marcus Bartlett, says: “To achieve our ambitious transformation agenda, we need to put in place the best systems and processes, and Fluent Commerce has an excellent reputation for delivering real value to retailers all over the world.”

Fluent Commerce will team up with Amblique, an e-commerce and digital consulting company in Australia.

They will introduce the new technology to over 100 MFG brands by May.

"We look forward to partnering with them and Amblique to deliver this milestone project for MFG,” Bartlett says.

At go live, MFG will have visibility of where stock is at all times, across all brands, both in-store and online. The aim is to unlock seamless omnichannel fulfilment and manage the complexity inherent in cross brand fulfilment.

“I am pleased that an iconic Australian retail company like MFG has chosen Fluent Order Management,” says Graham Jackson, CEO, Fluent Commerce.

“We have a reputation for delivering tangible value to retailers around the world. This sophisticated technology will help MFG unlock efficiencies across its entire supply chain.”
