SALESmanago buys AI powered e-commerce focused customer service solution specialist Thulium

SALESmanago, a European customer engagement platform, has announced its acquisition of Thulium, an AI powered e-commerce focused customer service solution based in Poland.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

With its innovation hub in Krakow and operations in the UK, the Nordics, Spain, Italy, and the DACH region, the move is SALESmanago’s second acquisition in the past year, following the addition of Leadoo.

With over €30 million ARR and approximately 60% of revenue outside Poland, it has customers in more than 30 European markets and is integrated with platforms including Shopify, PrestaShop, Zapier, BigCommerce, Magento, and WooCommerce.

2025 RTIH INNOVATION AWARDS

The awards, which are now open for entries, celebrate global tech innovation in a fast moving omnichannel world.

Our 2024 hall of fame entrants were revealed during an event which took place at RIBA’s 66 Portland Place HQ in Central London on 21st November, and consisted of a drinks reception, three course meal, and awards ceremony presided over by comedian Lucy Porter.

In his welcome speech, Scott Thompson, Founder and Editor, RTIH, said: “The event is now into its sixth year and what a journey it has been.
