22Chipotle Mexican Grill has announced that its Boorito promo will return as an in-person event at US restaurants on 31st October.

The brand has teamed up with artist and creative director Pablo Rochat to create a trailer that celebrates the 22nd year of Boorito.

25Primark has launched a Click and Collect trial in 25 stores.

This will begin before the end of the year and includes the retailer's kids' clothing range. It will be the first time that Primark has offered customers this option.

The mix of stores taking part ranges from large city centre and out of town locations to smaller high street ones.

£1.50The GMB union is set to ballot its members working as Asda home delivery drivers after learning of “shocking” management plans that include removing a pay supplement which, it claims, will see wages cut by £1.50 per hour. 

The ballot, which opens today, will close in four weeks' time. If the dispute continues, the GMB says that it may result in strike action in the run up to Christmas. 

It adds that any strike would severely affect Asda’s service, which makes over one million home deliveries a week. 

400Retail Response is now delivering store systems support services to New Look.

Its proposal pipped five other firms to the post, with Retail Response taking on hardware support for more than 400 New Look stores across the UK and Ireland.

Two new Zippin Lanes have opened at Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, home of the Houston Rockets.

The checkout-free stores, operated by Levy, the Rockets’ hospitality partner at Toyota Center, and Levy’s innovation studio, DBK Studio, are in section 108 on the main concourse and section 415 on the upper concourse.

73% of Brits are concerned about having enough funds to manage the festive shopping period, according to research from FinTech firm Trust Payments.

The company surveyed 2,000 residents in the UK and found that not only is the festive season a concern but over a quarter claim to be unsure of their current debt, while the same number claim that they have no idea how much they have accrued previously.  

The research also found significant changes in buyer behaviour across the UK ahead of the busiest quarter for merchants and shows how businesses must realign their payment processes to how consumers want to spend during the cost of living crisis and the upcoming festive season. 

25%New research from parcelLab shows that 25% of the UK’s leading brands, such as Zara and boohoo, are now charging shoppers to return purchases they have made online; a year-on-year increase of 14%.

90% and 99%Last mile delivery specialist, Stuart, says that it is delivering more than 90% of Tesco online shopping orders in less than 30 minutes. 

Following the launch of the grocery giant’s Whoosh service, which aims to get orders to customers in under 60 minutes, it has been working with Stuart to refine and perfect ultra rapid grocery deliveries from store.

Whoosh and Stuart have delivered increased numbers of orders to customers in less than half an hour from ordering, and 99% of all orders have been delivered within a one hour time promise.

The company surveyed 2,000 UK consumers, with 77% saying they are increasingly focused on value for money, and 71% proactively looking for sale items when shopping. 68% believe that retailers could do more to help counter rising prices.
