THG Ingenuity taps Pure Storage tech to drive AI innovation, sustainability, and growth across its operations
Pure Storage, a specialist in data storage technologies and services, reports its role in supporting e-commerce technology group, THG Ingenuity, to drive innovation and growth across its range of global consumer facing websites.
The limitations of legacy data storage systems were hindering expansion plans and testing new solutions such as AI initiatives. THG Ingenuity needed cutting-edge infrastructure to support its growth plans, together with the reassurance of rapid recovery in the event of an outage. It was looking for an energy efficient solution, capable of helping it achieve a goal of net-zero greenhouse gas emissions across all operations.
By adopting the Pure Storage platform across its 35 global datacentres, THG Ingenuity says that it has developed a powerful, efficient, and secure storage infrastructure that underpins its global operations and sets the company up for success as it continues to expand.
“Pure Storage has helped us achieve technology goals that underpin our growth and expansion. Every decision we make is driven by the huge amounts of data we work with. Beyond their technology capabilities, what I really value is our close relationship and cultural alignment - Pure is an extension of our team," says Joanna Drake, CIO at THG Ingenuity.
“We’re excited to be partnering with THG Ingenuity to support its global e-commerce business with the Pure Storage platform,” says Joao Silva, VP & GM, EMEA & Latin America at Pure Storage.
“What makes this collaboration even more special is how closely our values align - whether it’s a commitment to innovation, sustainability, or pushing the boundaries of what technology can achieve. We’re looking forward to deepening this partnership and working together to help THG Ingenuity reach its business goals, and drive forward its AI initiatives.”
