Swedish retail technology firm Voyado secures partnership with parenting brand Silver Cross
Voyado, a Swedish retail technology platform, has been chosen by British brand, Silver Cross, to help it deliver personalised shopping experiences and increase customer engagement in the UK.
While already working with parenting retail brands across the Nordics, this marks Voyado’s first UK partnership in the space.

Silver Cross will this year be focusing on improving the customer journey online and understanding more about the shopping and purchasing decisions parents are making.
A key area Voyado will be focusing on is supporting the brand to build customer loyalty. Silver Cross will be utilising its history and brand positioning to develop a key sector of its website ‘The Edit’, where it delivers parenting advice.
As part of this new partnership, Voyado will help customers to search for relevant blogs and insight to ensure the website is engaging across every point in the parenting journey.

Silver Cross is utilising Voyado's product discovery engine, Voyado Elevate.
The product will deliver on-site search, navigation, merchandising and product recommendations across the Silver Cross site. Combining Elevate with Voyado’s Engage product will give Silver Cross the ability to build a 360 view of its customers and use the data to further personalise the customer journey on-site.
